What you are buying

£100 total reserves one 60-minute remote discussion with Richard De Vere about your business and potential security or advisory work, followed by a short written next-step summary. This is a business advisory service provided by DE VERE WORKS LTD. There is no subscription or obligation to buy more.

Arranging the hour

After payment, email contact@devereworks.com with your payment reference and preferred times. We agree a mutually suitable appointment and confirm the service and these terms by email before the session. Payment reserves an hour of advisory time, not a particular date or calendar slot. If we cannot agree a suitable appointment, you receive a full refund.

Your £100 credit

If the same business subsequently purchases a De Vere Works cannabis advisory retainer or package, the full £100 consultation payment is credited against that purchase. The scoped proposal and first invoice will show a £100 deduction. This credit is applied once to the first retainer or package, has no expiry, and is not a recurring discount or cash alternative. Refunded consultation payments do not generate a credit. Keep your payment reference so we can match the credit. Any future service, price and payment schedule is agreed separately.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel an unstarted discussion for a full refund, or ask to reschedule. Email contact@devereworks.com or write to the registered address below. If we cancel, we offer a new date or a full refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. Once the discussion has been delivered, the fee pays for that time; the follow-on credit remains available.

If you are purchasing as a consumer rather than for a business, your statutory 14-day cancellation rights apply. We will not start during that period unless we separately obtain your express request and explain the effect on your rights. Any deduction following an early start is limited to the proportion of service supplied. Your cancellation right ends after full performance only where you have expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence. Purchasing here does not waive those rights.

Scope and professional care

The discussion is not a security audit or a guarantee of security or compliance. It includes no penetration testing, system access, clinical advice, prescribing decisions, legal advice, certification or regulatory sign-off. Any testing or delivery work requires separate written scope and authorisation. We provide advice with reasonable care and skill, based on the information available. Nothing limits statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information shared for the discussion confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the agreed service through appropriate providers. Do not send patient records, passwords, access codes or live vulnerability details when booking. We will agree a suitable route if sensitive material is needed for later work.

Cancellation form

You may use this form, but any clear cancellation statement is sufficient.
